Using the site
You're welcome to use the word lists and the browser game for personal, family, classroom and party use. Please don't copy the site or its word lists in bulk, republish them as your own, or use automated tools to scrape them.
Content
The site's text, design, illustrations and the Chardz name and logo belong to Red Cardinal Game Studio. Movie, show, book, brand and other names in the word lists belong to their respective owners and are used only as game prompts.

Heads Up! is a trademark of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. Chardz is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Warner Bros. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

The site and browser game are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. Play safely: clear some space before acting things out.
